What is Kares 4 Kids and how can I get involved?
Kares 4 Kids is the charitable arm of Keller Williams Atlanta Partners, dedicated to giving back to children and families in need across our community. Through donations, volunteer efforts, and community events, we provide essentials, opportunities, and support to make a lasting impact. You can get involved by: • Participating in fundraisers and Market Center events that benefit Kares 4 Kids • Volunteering at community service projects throughout the year • Choosing to donate a portion of your commission or making direct contributions • Helping spread the word through social media and client conversations Every agent has the opportunity to contribute — whether through time, talent, or treasure — and together we make a difference.

Where do I pick up checks from the office: Commission or Earnest Money
Commission checks: While ACH/direct deposit is the preferred method for commission payments, if you are receiving a commission check, you will receive an email from the office that it is ready for pick up. The check is placed in your mail folder and you can pick it up anytime. Earnest Money Checks: For closings - if you have an approved DA to get paid at the closing table and KW is the holder of the earnest money, you will receive an email from the office that the earnest money is ready for pick up. The check is placed in the mail folder. This is usually within a few business days of the closing and the agent will need to make arrangements to pick up the earnest money check before going to the closing. For Terminations: Once the termination is approved by the Broker in the Opportunity, the office will cut the earnest money check back to the party that receives it per the termination document. The office will email the agent the check is ready for pick up and to let us know if A. the agent will pick it up from their mail folder to give to the client, B. the agent would like us to mail it ($12 charge, as it is required to mail with tracking), or C. The client will pick up the check from the office. Mail Folder Location: Enter the office, pass front desk, turn to the left where the listing board is, the drawers on the left are the agent folders in ABC order.
