Talia ensures that every agent’s journey with Keller Williams is seamless — from onboarding and orientation to ongoing engagement and support. She manages agent services, events, and communication while also keeping our Market Center organized and connected.

Agents should reach out to Talia for:

• Onboarding or offboarding assistance

• Key Fob to the office for after hour access

• Team additions/removals (paperwork, billing changes, roster updates)

• Business cards and name tags

• Orientation, Ignite, or calendar event details

• Help joining office groups (MLS setup, Facebook, Command logins, etc.)

• Basic tech tool support if MCTT is unavailable

• Event information (raffles, sponsorships, sign-ups, class credits, etc.)
